A Supratec HP2280 nyomás alatti ultraszűrő membránmodul egy új kialakítású üreges szálas membránnal szerelt ultraszűrő egység. A Supratec csoport több mint 40 éves tapasztalattal rendelkezik a víz- és szennyvízkezelés területén, valamint több mint 20 éves szakértelemmel a membrángyártásban.

Az üregesszál-membrán rendkívül erős hordozóra felvitt módosított polivinilidén-fluorid (PVDF) anyagból készül amelynek névleges pórusmérete 0,03 µm. Ez a magas fluxusú membrán a víz- és szennyvízkezelésben részecskék, mikroorganizmusok, kórokozók eltávolítására alkalmazható. A membrán erős és tartós üreges szálakból készül, amely a hordozónak köszönhetően rendkívüli mechanikai szilárdsággal rendelkezik. Tulajdonságai közé tartoznak:

A HP2280 modul membrán kivételesen magas tervezési fluxussal rendelkezik, amelynek köszönhetően kevesebb beépítendő membránfelület szükséges a kívánt teljesítmény eléréséhez.

0Tolerancia a kezelendő víz magas lebegő és egyéb szennyezőanyagaival szemben

A HP2280 modul, a modul konstrukciójának és az alkalmazott tisztítási technológiának köszönhetően kiváló fluxussal képes kezelni a magas lebegőanyaggal rendelkező természetes vizeket és biológiailag tisztított szennyvizeket.

0Könnyű tisztíthatóság

A Supratec HP nyomásalatti modulja hordozóval ellátott üreges szálas hidrofób PVDF membránokkal szerelt , amelyek anti-fouling tulajdonságokkal rendelkeznek. Ez a membrán stabil, rugalmas és könnyen tisztítható. A különleges levegőztető rendszer lehetővé teszi a HP2280 könnyű tisztítását, még magas szilárdanyag-tartalmú alkalmazások esetén is, minimális energiafogyasztással.

Storage and Protection

Supratec UF Membrane Cassette should be stored in proper environment. Once the modules come in contact with water or put in use, they should never be stored dry. Typically for long-term shutdown (>7 days), the modules should be cleaned and immersed in proper solution. All cleaning, storage and operational procedures should be based on actual O&M manual provided by Supratec.
